Florin Ciontu

Florin Ciontu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership within the digital job classifieds industry. Currently serving as SVP Product at The Stepstone Group since April 2016, Florin has played a pivotal role in shaping Stepstone's B2C platform by overseeing product, analytics, and UX teams. Previous positions at Stepstone include VP of Product and Product Director, where responsibilities encompassed user acquisition initiatives and traffic management. Prior to Stepstone, Florin held the position of Head of Product & COO at IREWIND, a Swiss start-up focused on delivering personalized videos for sporting events. Florin holds an Engineer degree in Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
