Nicola Weatherhead is currently serving as the VP of Global People Operations and Talent Acquisition at The Stepstone Group since January 2024, leading the team in these critical business areas. Prior to this role, Nicola spent nearly 19 years at Google, where positions included Director of People Experience for AI Tech Cloud Sales across EMEA, focusing on global AI recruitment, and Head of Talent Acquisition for the Asia Pacific region, successfully doubling Google's footprint within two years. Additional experience includes leadership roles in talent acquisition at Knight Frank and experience as a recruiter and events manager at a Microsoft Partner. Nicola holds multiple qualifications in leadership and HR from prestigious institutions, including a degree in Geography from Oxford Brookes University.
