Chris Partridge, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Chris started their career as a Server at Red Lobster in 2006. In 2007, they joined Target Stores as an Executive Team Leader, where they successfully turned around an underperforming department. During this time, they recruited, trained, and developed supervisors and indirect reports, as well as conducted performance reviews. In 2009, they moved to Performance Results Corporation as a Human Resource Generalist, where they were responsible for creating HR policies and procedures, recruiting employees, managing personnel records, administering benefits programs, and handling generalist workplace issues. Chris was also promoted to Project Management during their tenure. Since 2013, they have been working at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC as a Human Capital Management System Administrator, leading the full-scale implementation of a new HCM system and handling general HR duties.

Chris Partridge, PHR completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multidisciplinary Studies (Communication, Economics, and Business Administration) at West Virginia University from 2000 to 2006. In 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Auburn University. In 2010, Chris obtained the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Additionally, they obtained the Six Sigma White Belt (SSWB) certification from Aveta Business Institute in April 2013 and the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in September 2015.
