Dasheika Roberson

Dasheika Roberson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Dasheika began their career in 2000 as a Customer Care Technician/Business Technician at Avaya, where they provided setup and operational information to voicemail customers. Dasheika then worked as a Customer Care Specialist at Allegiance Telecom from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2007, Dasheika served as a Customer Service Assistant/Senior Technician at AAFES, handling customer inquiries and resolving conflicts.

In 2007, they transitioned to the insurance industry and worked as a Product Administration Generalist at CUNA Mutual Group for three years. Dasheika'srole involved data entry and clerical duties, as well as maintaining positive relationships with credit unions and customers.

Dasheika then pursued a career in law, starting as a Paralegal Externship at Vecchio & Vecchio Law Firm in early 2011. Following this, they took on a Paralegal Externship at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, gaining valuable experience in the legal field.

From 2011 to 2015, they excelled as a Lead Paralegal at Butler & Hosch, P.A., where they supervised a team of legal staff, supported attorneys, managed office operations, and ensured the completion of foreclosure sales according to strict deadlines.

Dasheika continued their legal career as a Legal Assistant at Fox Rothschild LLP from 2017 to 2022.

Currently, Dasheika is working as an Office Clerk at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, starting in 2022.

Dasheika Roberson earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they received a Certificate in Paralegal studies from Arlington Career Institute, which they completed in 2011 after starting in 2010.
