Josh Nussbaum

Josh Nussbaum has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Josh is the co-founder and CEO of Stepwell Care since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Compound, first as a General Partner from February 2017 to November 2019, and then as an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) from November 2019 to October 2022. Before joining Compound, Josh co-founded and served as CEO of Halcyon Health from October 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, they worked at Metamorphic Ventures as a Principal from May 2016 to November 2019, as an Associate from July 2015 to May 2016, and as an Analyst from December 2012 to July 2015. Josh was also involved with Tech@NYU as an Executive Board Member and Startup Week Co-Organizer from November 2012 to December 2013. Josh started their career as a Business Development intern at JustDecide in 2012 and as a Digital Marketing intern at Bayard Advertising in 2011. In the same year, they also interned as an E-Commerce intern at F + W Media.

Josh Nussbaum completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing at New York University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Boston University from 2008 to 2011, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Furthermore, they completed their high school education at Roslyn High School from 2004 to 2008.
