Mathew Ninan

Mathew Ninan has been in the manufacturing industry since 1990. Mathew started their career at Johnson Controls, where they held various manufacturing support roles in Quality, Production, and Engineering. Mathew was also responsible for managing a $3 million Capital improvement project from budgeting through installation, as well as managing the Quality and Engineering departments of a new startup facility in Mexico. In 1997, Mathew moved to Bausch & Lomb, where they served as a Project Engineer and was responsible for product and process development for a Class III medical device manufacturer. In 2001, they joined Key Safety Systems as a Supervisory Engineer, managing the high volume manufacturing of Side Impact Airbag business. In 2012, Mathew returned to SteriPack Contract Manufacturing, first as Operations/Plant Manager and then as Engineering Manager, with process engineering responsibility for new plant startup. In 2017, they joined Omnicell as Senior Manager, managing the Production team and then the Technical Services team for a high volume 24/5 manufacturing plant. Mathew is currently employed at SteriPack Contract Manufacturing as Operations Director and Sr. Automation Engineer.

Mathew Ninan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University between 1985 and 1989.
