Wen Xin Loo

Wen Xin Loo has worked as a Quality Engineer at SteriPack Contract Manufacturing since 2022, Top Glove since 2020, and Lumileds since 2015. In 2019, they were a Research Assistant at the Ministry of Health, Malaysia (KKM), where they surveyed participants from all walks of life within the state of Pulau Pinang, persuaded and convinced people to share information for Non Communicable Diseases (NCD) survey, worked with a team of 5 surveyors to optimize path, schedule and surveying strategy, and prepared presentation material for national debriefing exercise. In 2018, they were an Intern at Keysight Technologies, where they developed a Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GRR) excel template and operating instructions, operated a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for precision measurement of small machined parts, applied Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge in measuring process, visited suppliers to understand manufacturing process, and evaluated suppliers for suitability.

Wen Xin Loo obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Manufacturing Engineering) from Universiti Malaysia Perlis in 2019, after completing a Diploma in Engineering (Manufacturing Engineering) at the same institution in 2016.
