Andrew Ruff

Andrew Ruff has extensive experience in health and safety, team leadership, and technical roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Team Leader at STERIS Instrument Management Services - EMEA since April 2023, Andrew has held multiple positions within the company, demonstrating expertise as a Senior Technician and previous leadership roles that include Health and Safety Representative and Fire Marshal. Prior work experience includes roles as a Warehouse Operative at Tesco and trg Logistics, as well as a Freelance Photographer for Archant. Andrew also contributed to the Usdaw Union as a Shop Steward from December 2020 to May 2022, showcasing strong advocacy and leadership skills established since beginning a career in health and safety with Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust in 2002.
