Mark Townsend

Mark Townsend has extensive experience in surgical instrument repair, currently serving as a Surgical Instrument Repair Specialist at STERIS Instrument Management Services - EMEA since December 2017. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Endofix for nearly two decades as a Surgical Instrument Repair Technician, specializing in the inspection and repair of flexible endoscopic equipment, surgical products, and microscopes. Mark's career began at Matlock Endoscopic as an Endoscopic Repair Technician, focusing on the refurbishment of flexible endoscopic equipment. Additionally, Mark served in the United States Army Reserve from 1988 to 1996, achieving the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, Tank Commander, and Platoon Leader. Mark holds a degree from Western Kentucky University and has attended DeVry Technical Institute.
