Jack Parks

Jack Parks has extensive experience in human resources and information systems, currently serving as the Director of HR Information Systems at STERIS since February 2008. Previously, Jack held roles such as Senior Manager and HRIS Process Manager, focusing on aligning HR systems with corporate objectives, ensuring compliance, and overseeing system architecture. Prior to STERIS, Jack was the Group HR & Systems Manager at Penton Media, where responsibilities included multi-site HR support for over 300 employees and various employee relations functions. Jack's career began at ADR Investigation Protection Corp. as an HR Manager, managing services for 70 employees, and earlier as a Temporary Recruiter at Penton Media. Jack holds a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron.
