Mike Tighe

Mike Tighe currently serves as the Director of Tax Reporting & Strategy at STERIS, a position held since May 2020, previously holding the role of Senior Manager in the same department. Tighe's expertise encompasses global tax strategy, cross-border tax planning, and transfer pricing compliance. Prior to STERIS, Tighe worked at The Timken Company as an International Tax Operations Manager, focusing on international tax provisioning, compliance, and global transfer pricing from June 2018 to May 2020. Tighe's experience also includes positions at Current, powered by GE & GE Lighting as an Assistant Tax Controller, KPMG as a Manager in Economic & Valuation Services specializing in transfer pricing, and Limited Brands as Manager of Transfer Pricing. Additionally, Tighe started a career at RSM McGladrey as a Tax Accountant. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Accounting and an MPA in Public Administration, both from Cleveland State University.
