Rich Schafer

Rich Schafer has an extensive career within STERIS, starting in 1996 and progressing through various leadership roles, culminating in the position of Interim Vice President and Managing Director EMEA and Vice President of Commercial Operations Development and Strategic Alliances for Healthcare since October 2021. Prior positions at STERIS include Vice President of Commercial Operations Canada and Strategic Alliances, as well as several senior director and director roles focused on project support, operations, and sales across various global regions. Rich Schafer earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Marketing and Communications from Central Michigan University between 1987 and 1991.
