Willemijn van Kalmthout

Willemijn van Kalmthout is a seasoned professional in the fields of research, psychology, and criminology, with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Onderzoeker at Sterk Huis since January 2021, Willemijn focuses on developing personas for target groups through qualitative research methods. In addition, as the Manager Veilig Thuis at Veilig Thuis West-Brabant, leadership is provided to a diverse team of experts and coordinators from various organizations. Previously, Willemijn held roles ranging from a behavioral scientist at Penitentiaire Inrichting Vught to a project manager at Marieke Kleinjan Advies & Projectmanagement.
