Rhys Pickett

Rhys Pickett is an experienced Infrastructure Analyst currently working at The Sterling Group of Companies since January 2019, specializing in hardware infrastructure. Prior to this role, Rhys served as a Technical Support Analyst at Brookson from June 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included augmenting and supporting business processes while optimizing procedures to meet SLA requirements. Earlier experience includes a role as Operations Leader and System Development at Emerald from March 2012 to February 2013, focusing on staff management and core system development. Rhys completed GCE Advanced Level studies in Chemistry, Maths, and IT at St Ambrose Grammar from 2006 to 2012 and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Manchester.
