In this role, Jack has effectively managed the Digital Media team, showcasing skills in creative leadership, project management, and strategic thinking across various disciplines including Product Design, UX, and Marketing. Formerly, Jack held the position of Product Owner, enhancing digital products and services to establish Sterling as a top digital communications provider. Prior experience at Microsoft involved contributions to projects such as Brazil Now and Upload Studio V2.0, alongside collaborations on Windows 10 and Microsoft HoloLens. Jack holds a BSc in Multimedia Technology & Design with Professional Development from Brunel University London.
