Tony Giannola

Tony Giannola has extensive experience in the finance and planning industry. Tony started their career at Allstate as a Controller for the Commercial Division. Tony then moved on to Deerbook Insurance Company, where they managed the finance organization and implemented an enhanced planning process. Tony also worked on mitigating underwriting losses and improving expense focus. Tony later joined Encompass Insurance Company as the Director of Finance and Planning, where they played a critical role in strategic planning and acted as a liaison between Encompass and Allstate. Currently, Tony is the Vice President of Finance at Sterling Collision Centers, where they oversee financial activities, including planning, forecasting, reporting, acquisition, and divestiture. Tony has successfully implemented cost-cutting measures and increased management visibility to budgeting and forecasting.

Tony Giannola obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1998 and 2000. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, spanning from 1977 to 1981.
