Dipo Adebajo

Dipo Adebajo (FCIPD) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and talent management. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterling Bank since July 2017, Dipo has held various pivotal roles including Group Head and Head of OD & Talent Management. Prior experience includes a tenure at First City Monument Bank Limited from November 2012 to July 2017 as Team Lead and Organizational Development Specialist. Dipo's early career began at FINBANK PLC, where responsibilities encompassed HR generalist roles and team leadership in outsourced staff management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and rewards. Dipo holds a Master’s Degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
