Ezinne Nwokafor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in banking, currently serving as the Group Head of Business Banking at Sterling Bank Plc since April 2018. In this managerial role, Nwokafor has successfully designed and managed a digital lending platform that generated over N20 billion in its first year. Previously, Nwokafor held various influential positions within Sterling Bank, including Head of Retail Solutions & Partnerships and Head of SME Banking, where strategic innovation and client acquisition were prioritized. Nwokafor's earlier roles included Head of Strategy & Innovation and Team Lead of Research and Intelligence, showcasing a strong foundation in strategy planning and market analysis. Ezinne Nwokafor holds a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
