Ukwudi Ogbeche Mba

Ukwudi Ogbeche MBA, PMP, MNITAD, AMNIM is an experienced learning and development professional with a strong background in designing and implementing training strategies. Currently serving as Head of Learning Strategy at Sterling Bank since July 2023, Ukwudi is responsible for executing various learning interventions. Prior roles include Learning Manager at Heirs Holdings, where Ukwudi led strategic planning for the HH Academy, and Dean of Foundation and Leadership Schools at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd., overseeing talent management initiatives. With experience in training management at organizations such as OPL Academy and CentriCULTURE, as well as customer service leadership roles at Guaranty Trust Bank and Ecobank Nigeria, Ukwudi has effectively managed teams and facilitated impactful training programs. Ukwudi holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Calabar.
