Jack Houze

A 28-year industry veteran and Certified Property Manager (CPM), Jack oversees Sterling Bay’s on-site property management teams and is directly responsible for building operations at over 15 locations totaling over 12 million SF. Jack also supervises the firm’s capital improvement programs, security measures, lease negotiations, property performance and tenant relations for notable corporations such as McDonald’s, Google and Dyson. Prior to joining Sterling Bay in 2014, Jack was a Senior Director of CBRE’s Asset Services business and Portfolio Manager of Cushman & Wakefield’s Chicago office. Jack earned a BA from DePaul University and is an active Board Member and Labor Committee Member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Chicago Chapter.
