Jesse Van Dyke

As Director of National Leasing, Jesse supervises Sterling Bay’s leasing efforts across all markets, creating relationships with major national tenants and connecting Sterling Bay’s existing tenant roster with new market office opportunities. Prior to joining Sterling Bay in 2021, Van Dyke began his career at CBRE, specializing in tenant representation. In 2008 he joined JLL where he worked with tenants in the tech and finance sectors securing premier office space in the Chicagoland area, including an award-winning transaction with Bank of America for a 500,000-square-foot lease at 110 N. Wacker Drive. Most recently, Van Dyke was Vice President of Real Estate at co-working giant WeWork where he led the firm’s expansion and portfolio optimization throughout the United States from 2018 - 2020.
