Kami Nutt

Kami Nutt is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and operations across various prestigious companies. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Sterling Bay since April 2024, Kami previously held the role of Senior Property Manager at BioMed Realty from September 2016 to December 2023, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 1.3 million square feet of life science and office properties in San Diego County. Additional experience includes roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Transwestern, Embarcadero Capital Partners, Hill Properties, Real Estate Talent Solutions, Voit Development Company, CarrAmerica Realty Corporation, and Arden Realty, Inc., showcasing a strong background in managing large real estate portfolios, tenant relations, and capital projects. Kami holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of San Diego and has foundational education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
