Keith Douglas serves as the Chief Innovation and Marketing Officer at Sterling Bay. As a marketing, branding and operations expert for over 25 years, Keith has worked in various industries including commercial real estate, hospitality, travel and tourism. Prior to joining Sterling Bay in 2020, Keith designed the marketing vision and strategy for landmark real estate assets, One World Observatory and Top of the Rock Observation Deck, and led branding efforts for several of the nation’s leading hotel franchises. Keith earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Johnson & Wales University in Hospitality Management.
