Ryan Walsh

Ryan oversees the sourcing and closing of the company’s investment and development opportunities across the country. Ryan has helped grow Sterling Bay’s portfolio with several high-profile acquisitions such as the historic 600 W Chicago office property, various development sites throughout Chicago’s Fulton Market district and several land sites at Lincoln Yards. Prior to joining Sterling Bay in 2017, Ryan worked as an investment sale broker at Eastdil Secured, completing transactions totaling $14 billion, with a focus on sales and recapitalizations of office and mixed-use assets in the Midwest. Ryan earned a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan and is an active member of local non-profit, Open Heart Magic.
