Chad Sim

Chad Sim has a strong background in operations and management. Chad began their career at Hormel Foods as a Production Supervisor before moving on to become a Reliability/CI Coordinator. Chad then joined Wells Enterprises, where they held roles including Continuous Improvement Specialist, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager. Chad later worked at Bay Valley Foods as a Plant Manager. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Operations at Sterling Foods, where they previously held positions as Director of Operations and Plant Manager.

Chad Sim attended Beloit College from 1998 to 2002, where they received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
