Josh Miller has extensive work experience in the real estate and financial analysis fields. Josh began their career in 2007 as a Lease Analyst at Simon Property Group, where they analyzed tenant leases and managed billings for over 900 tenants. During this time, they also developed a more efficient method for calculating and billing tenants' pro-rata real estate tax and common area maintenance shares. Josh trained over 50 colleagues on this method and became the point-person for any issues that arose. In 2009, Josh worked as a student at the University of Notre Dame before returning to Simon Property Group in 2010 as a Lease Operations Analyst. In this role, they managed multiple tenant accounts and improved internal analysis processes through the creation of an Excel-based forecasting tool. Josh also documented practices and developed procedures to drive continuous improvement. In 2011, Josh joined The Sterling Group as a Financial Analyst and later progressed to roles such as Real Estate Acquisitions Manager, Director of Acquisitions, and Vice President - Investments.
Josh Miller completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Ball State University - College of Business, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Josh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, studying from 2009 to 2010.
