Austin Hover

Austin Hover has over 19 years of work experience, starting in 2000 as an Account Manager at Net2000 and then as a Strategic Account Executive at COGENT COMMUNICATIONS. Austin then worked at ADP as a Senior District Manager and later as an HCM Sales Consultant. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Director of HCM Sales at CPI-HR, an Alera Group Company. Austin then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand and as an Enterprise Sales Manager at NOVAtime Technology, Inc. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an Auxiliary Police Officer at the Rocky River Police Department. Currently, they are the Director of Global Accounts at Sterling, where they have been since 2019. Throughout their career, Austin has demonstrated leadership skills, achieved sales targets, and received recognition for their performance.

Austin Hover received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Ohio Wesleyan University from 1993 to 1997. In 2009 to 2011, they obtained a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from PHR. Austin completed a sales training program at Corporate Visions in 2007. Prior to that, they earned a diploma from St. John's Prep from 1989 to 1993 and attended Masconomet Regional High School from 1987 to 1988. Austin also obtained a certification from the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) in November 2019.
