Conor McKee

Conor McKee, MBA, has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles within the background verification industry. Conor began their career at BackCheck in 2009 as the Department Head of HR Services. Conor then joined SterlingBackcheck in 2011, where they served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations until 2016. In this role, they were responsible for verifications fulfillment and oversaw collaborations with other departments to ensure quality service delivery. Subsequently, Conor became the Vice President of Canadian Operations at SterlingBackcheck, leading fulfillment strategy and optimizing processes across multiple geographies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Fulfillment Optimization at Sterling, where they continue to contribute their expertise in operations management.

Conor McKee, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Communications from Simon Fraser University, which they completed between 2001 and 2006.
