Karen Raagas

Karen Raagas is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in leading teams and enhancing operational performance. Currently employed at Sterling Talent Solutions since January 2017, Karen manages end-to-end operations for the US Verifications team, facilitating communication between the Manila operations and US leadership. Previously, Karen served as Operations Manager at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included managing daily team performance and addressing client-specific issues.
