Kimberley Gray has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kimberley began their career as an Internal Reports Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 1993 before moving to Accenture as a Business Process Design Consultant in 1994. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. Kimberley then joined JP Morgan Chase in 2000 as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where they played a crucial role in developing the Six Sigma Program infrastructure company-wide.

In 2005, Kimberley joined Westpac as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Retail Banking Operations before taking on various roles such as Director of Offshoring Program, Partnership Relationship Manager, and Director of High Net Worth Program Management. Kimberley then moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2013, where they served as a Director of Client and Advisor Experience Transformation and later as Director of Client Experience & Engagement, leading program development to enhance client engagement and digital marketing capabilities.

In 2017, Kimberley joined Chase as the Director of National Sales Performance & Support, overseeing the transformation of branches into customer destinations for financial advice and securing funding for new digital tools. Their responsibilities also included implementing a digital tool for compliant client communication.

In 2020, they joined TD as a Senior Process Engineer, contributing their expertise in process improvement until November 2021. Currently, Kimberley is working at Sterling as the VP of Continuous Improvement, responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across Global Fulfillment Operations, including business transformation, Lean Six Sigma projects, and end-to-end business improvements.

Kimberley Gray holds a BA degree in Economics and Sociology (with a minor in Spanish) from Connecticut College. Kimberley also obtained a Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from NBC News in 2000.
