Lanette Mannon

Lanette Mannon is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, website performance, and user experience. Since October 2018, Lanette has served as a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing at Sterling, overseeing the corporate website and 20+ regional candidate websites while guiding content, product launches, and campaigns. Previously, Lanette was a Performance Marketing Manager at Sterling, focusing on website experiences and digital campaigns. From 2014 to 2018, Lanette held the position of Marketing Manager at Maple Systems, Inc., leading the marketing department and managing various marketing programs. As the owner of Mint & Magnolia Marketing, Lanette provided marketing consulting services, including website audits. Prior experience includes managing website development at Roadside Dental Marketing and account management roles at Parts Now. Lanette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Marketing from Western Washington University.
