Mazhar Dhanshe

Mazhar Dhanshe has a strong work experience spanning over several years. Mazhar started their career at Prudential People Management Services in 2007 as a Sr. Customer Service Executive. In 2009, they moved to Serco Global Services and worked as an Assistant Quality Manager in the US Health Care sector until 2014. After that, Mazhar joined Sterling in 2014 as a Global Quality Manager, then transitioned to the role of Global Operations Manager in 2016. From 2017 to 2020, they served as a Senior Operations Manager, and currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President of Operations, starting in 2021.

Mazhar Dhanshe completed their education with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Agnel Polytechnic, from 1998 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Higher Secondary School Certificate from Rizvi College of Arts, Science and Commerce, from 1996 to 1998. Mazhar also holds a Secondary School Certificate from German Parkar High School Bankot. Additionally, Mazhar Dhanshe has acquired certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt Trained from TQMI in 2016 and as a Six Sigma Green Belt Trained & Certified from QAI in 2011.
