Nikole Freeman has a diverse background in client services and operations, currently serving as a Client Success Partner at Sterling since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nikole worked as a Client Services Manager at Peak Support from December 2022 to August 2024 and at Support Services Group from March 2018 to May 2022, where Nikole also held the position of Director of Operations. In addition, Nikole was an Operations Manager at Invenio Solutions Inc. for a brief period in early 2018. Before these roles, Nikole gained experience as a Regional Manager at Mobilelink from June 2015 to December 2017. Nikole holds an Associate of Arts in General Studies from South Plains College and a degree from Texas Tech University, completed between 2007 and 2012.
