Ren Almadin-Grundig has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, Ren worked as a Finance & Insurance Officer at BMW Philippines before transitioning to a Technical Support Representative at Sutherland Global Services Philippines. Ren then worked as a Technical Support Representative at 24/7 Customer Philippines, Inc. before joining Stream Global Services, Inc. as a Premier Support Tier 2 - Salesforce.com. In 2012, Ren became a Salesforce System Administrator at The Design People, followed by a role as a Salesforce System Administrator at August 99. Ren then took on the position of Salesforce Team Lead / Program Manager at Seven Seven Corporate Group, and subsequently joined Sterling as a Senior Salesforce System Administrator and later as a Senior Manager, Salesforce Team Lead. Ren has also worked at Salesforce as a Salesforce Manager, Real Estate Technology Team, and is currently the Director, Client & Sales Systems at Sterling.

Ren Almadin-Grundig obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Meridian International Business, Arts & Technology College from 2014 to 2016. In addition, Ren has several certifications from Salesforce including App Builder, Force.com Developer, Advanced System Administrator, and System Administrator, obtained between 2011 and 2016. Ren also completed the Drucker School MBA Essentials for Salesforce program at the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management in 2017.
