Stephanie Keane

Stephanie Keane is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and account management across various industries, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Partner at Sterling since September 2023. Prior to this role, Stephanie held multiple positions at Thnks, including Key Account Manager, where strategic relationship management and account revitalization were key focuses. Previous experiences include membership services for the Florida Panthers and ticket account management for the Columbia Fireflies and Charlotte Stone Crabs. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and has also studied at Università degli Studi della Tuscia in Italy.
