Courtney Chung

Courtney Chung has extensive work experience in the banking industry, with a focus on product management and leadership roles. Courtney worked at Sterling National Bank as a Senior Product Director starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were the North America Lead Core Receivables Services at Citi from 2017 to 2018. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Capital One as a Director of Product Management, overseeing various products and strategic initiatives. Before that, they were a Senior Product Manager at Deutsche Bank from 2007 to 2011, responsible for check collection products. Courtney also had roles at BNY Mellon, where they managed disbursement services and served as an Operations Manager, handling corporate accounts analysis and trust billing.

Courtney Chung obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Dominican University New York. Courtney attended Dominican University New York from 1995 to 1999.
