Terri Gumula

Terri Gumula has extensive experience in the financial and real estate industries. Terri is currently working as the Managing Director - Commercial Loan Workout at Webster Bank. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director, Asset Resolution at Sterling National Bank, where they specialized in commercial real estate and was involved in turnaround, restructuring, and workout activities. Terri also worked at Avison Young as the Director, Tri-State Investment Sales, and at Citi as the Vice President - Special Situations and Workouts, where they successfully resolved over $1 billion of troubled debt and equity facilities. Terri has also held roles at MMDC Group, Real Estate Capital Partners, Time Equities Inc., Pearce and Mayer Realty, Teleres, and NYS Housing Finance Agency, where they gained experience in various aspects of real estate investment, asset management, and financial analysis.

Terri Gumula's education history shows that they attended the University of Maryland from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained certifications in Zero Carbon Strategies, Renewable Energy Infrastructure, and Sustainable Urban Development from TU Delft Campus in April 2020.
