Alisdair Hearn

Alisdair Hearn is a Development Scientist at Sterling Pharma Solutions since April 2021, previously serving as a Conjugation Scientist at ADCBio from October 2018 to April 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Chemist at Fleet Bioprocessing between November 2016 and October 2018, and as a Team Leader at The Savill Garden restaurant from April 2009 to October 2016, balancing the role while pursuing education. Alisdair completed an industrial traineeship at MRC Technology from September 2013 to August 2014, specializing in high throughput screens and assay validation within the drug discovery process. Alisdair earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Sandwich Year from the University of Kent, graduating in 2015.
