Carl R. Wise

Mr. Carl R. Wise has over 40 years of experience in providing risk management and commercial/professional insurance solutions with a specialty in surety.

Carl serves as a Director of Client Strategy for Sterling Seacrest Partners’ Surety Services program. Prior to joining Sterling Seacrest Partners, he held the positions of Executive Contract Specialist with The Hartford, Senior Surety Account Executive with Zurich/The Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, Bond Manager for Huffines-Russell & Associates (BB&T), Bond Marketing Manager for Corroon & Black/Willis, Bond Manager/Solicitating Agent for Adams Insurance Service/AIS Inc., and Branch Bond Manager for Transamerica Insurance Company.

Carl received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.

With a dedication to giving back to the community, Carl served as a volunteer for the Peach Bowl and for Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, and is a member of ABC of Georgia, AGC of Georgia, the Construction Financial Management Association, the Georgia Utility Contractors Association, the Surety Association of Georgia, and the National Association of Surety Bond Producers.
