Candace Kao

Candace Kao is an accomplished professional in the architecture and design industry, currently serving as the BIM and Design Lead for Mass Timber at Sterling since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Project Designer at Bensonwood from July 2018 to August 2022, and at WholeTrees Architecture and Structures from July 2016 to July 2018. Candace's foundational experience includes serving as a Class Assistant at the University of Southern California in late 2012 and completing internships at Hodgetts+Fung Design and Architecture and Mark Horton Architecture in 2012 and 2011, respectively. Candace holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a Minor in Urban Policy and Planning from the University of Southern California, earned in 2014.
