Claire Kelbaugh

Claire Kelbaugh has been with Sterling Wellness Solutions since August 2001, serving as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to their current role, Claire worked at Mercer (formerly Marsh & McLennan) as an Assistant V.P. from October 1998 to October 2001. Claire is a Louisiana State University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications. Claire is responsible for strategic growth and development at Sterling Wellness, working with employer and broker partners to create impactful wellness programs. Claire also developed and maintained client relationships at Mercer, working with managed care companies and insurance vendors for client plans and special projects.
