Donna Raab

Donna Raab is Chief Talent Officer at SterlingRisk, where her strong background in human resources management enables her to serve the needs of more than 220 employees while furthering the organization’s corporate mission.

As a professional adept at seeing both the employee and management perspective on a host of issues, Donna actively advances the goals of her fellow Executive Team members. In particular, she developed and oversaw the implementation of an ambitious Values Initiative that today touches every aspect of SterlingRisk, including values-based hiring, community service, rewards and recognition, and performance management.
