Deependra Singh

Deependra Singh has a solid work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Deependra started their career in 2014 at R S Plastic Industries, where they worked as an Operations Executive for a brief period. In 2016, they joined Sharma and Sharma Associates as an HR Executive, staying with the company until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in HR functions. After that, they joined Talentpro India as a Sr. Executive Compliance, where they worked for three years until 2021. Deependra'sresponsibilities in this role included ensuring compliance with regulations and policies. In 2021, Deependra joined Sterlite Power as a Team Leader Payroll & Compliances. Deependra later got promoted to the position of Assistant Manager Payroll & Compliances. Deependra'sexperience in this role demonstrates their knowledge and expertise in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance.

Deependra Singh completed their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chaudhary Charan Singh University from 2011 to 2014. Before their undergraduate studies, they completed their Senior Secondary education in Business/Commerce, General from Bhaurav Devras Saraswati Vidya Mandir from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Deependra Singh has obtained various certifications. In 2023, they obtained ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems certifications from TUV India Pvt. Ltd. In 2020, they received certifications in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office from Tata Steel. In 2012, they obtained a Diploma in Advanced Computer Software from GRAS Education & Training Services Private Limited.
