Divyanshu Asthana

Divyanshu Asthana is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Head of Human Resources for the Transmission Business at Sterlite Power since March 2024. Prior to this, Divyanshu worked at Godrej Group from June 2018 to February 2024 as Deputy General Manager and Lead Human Resource Business Partner, overseeing HR business partnering for the Loan Against Property vertical of Godrej Capital and driving business and people strategies to meet organizational goals. Divyanshu holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from the Delhi School of Economics and is an alumnus of City Montessori School.
