Kapil Tarun

Kapil Tarun has extensive work experience in the field of power transmission and distribution. Kapil began their career at Pennsummit Tubular Engg. Pvt. Ltd. in 2007, where they served as a Project Leader, responsible for interpreting transmission project specifications and generating load calculations for designing structures. Kapil also performed design and analysis of various types of poles, complying with international standards and codes.

In 2011, Kapil joined Gammon India Ltd as a T & D Tubular Pole design & Engineering specialist, where they continued to work on transmission and distribution projects, focusing on load calculations and structure design.

After that, Kapil worked as a Sr. Engineer at Valmont Industries, where they gained experience in understanding project specifications and performing load calculations for designing transmission and distribution poles.

In 2014, Kapil joined L & T Construction as an Asst. Manager, where their responsibilities included understanding project specifications, allocating tasks to their team, and preparing weight and quantity calculations for structures.

In 2017, Kapil returned to Sterlite Power as a Deputy Manager, and later became a Chief Manager in 2020. Their work at Sterlite Power involved managing responsibilities in the power sector.

In 2018, Kapil briefly worked at Tata Projects as a Sr. Manager, gaining further experience in the industry.

Throughout their career, Kapil has consistently demonstrated their expertise in power transmission and distribution, including load calculations, structure design, and adherence to international standards and codes.

Kapil Tarun obtained their B.tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Graphic Era Institute of Technology during the same time period.
