Pankaj Verma has a diverse work experience in the power transmission industry. pankaj started their career at Larsen & Toubro as a Project Engineer for a short period of time in 2011. pankaj then joined Sterlite Technologies Limited as an Engineer In Training, working on the ENICL project, involving the establishment of transmission lines in Assam, West Bengal, and Bihar.

In 2012, Pankaj joined Sterlite Technologies Ltd. as a Project Engineer, where they were involved in the construction of a 765/400 KV Substation in Dhule, Maharastra. pankaj then moved to Sterlite Power in 2013 and began working as an Associate Manager, responsible for the Bhopal Dhule Transmission Company Limited (BDTCL) project, overseeing the construction of substations and switchyard equipment.

Pankaj continued to progress in their career at Sterlite Power, serving as an Associate Manager for the Jabalpur Transmission Company Limited (JTCL) project and playing a key role in the construction of the longest 765 kV Double Circuit Line in the country. pankaj later worked as a Deputy Manager and then Chief Manager, leading civil coordination and in-charge responsibilities for a 400/220 kv GIS Substation.

Currently, Pankaj holds the position of Project Manager at Sterlite Power, where they own and manages all stages of project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and regulations for power infrastructure substations.

Throughout their career, Pankaj has demonstrated expertise in project management, site coordination, and construction activities in the power transmission sector.

Pankaj Verma completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their MP-BOARD 12th from SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE MODEL HIGH JABALPUR from 2005 to 2007, specializing in Maths and Science. Additionally, Pankaj Verma has obtained various certifications including ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management Systems Certified, ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Certified, Certified Project Manager (CPM) from IPMA: International Project Management Association, and Certified The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Unlocked, among others.
