Ronald Joseph

Ronald Joseph began their work experience in 2014 as an Assistant Manager at SKF India. Ronald held this position from July 2014 to June 2016. In 2018, Ronald worked as an intern in Category Management at Praxis Home Retail Limited for two months. In 2019, they joined Sterlite Power as part of the Young Leaders Program in Management-Strategic Sourcing. Ronald held this position until March 2021 when they were promoted to the role of Chief Manager-Strategic Sourcing. Ronald is currently working at Sterlite Power in this role.

Ronald Joseph completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Mechanical Engineering at COEP Technological University from 2010 to 2014. In 2011, they obtained a certification in AUTOCAD from INDO GERMAN TOOL ROOM. Ronald then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Operations and Supply Chain Management at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2017 to 2019.
