Sistla Madhukar

Sistla Madhukar began their work experience as a Graduate Trainee at Gammon India Ltd in June 2010 and worked there until February 2011. Sistla then served as a GTE/Asst. Engineer from February 2011 to May 2012, followed by an Engineer role from May 2012 to June 2013. Madhukar continued to progress in their career and became a Senior Engineer at Gammon India Ltd from June 2013 to December 2014.

In 2014, Madhukar joined Tata Projects as a Deputy Manager. Sistla worked on various projects, including a 400 kV DC Bahir Dar to Woldiya project under Ethiopian Electric Power. This project involved the construction of a 400 kV DC line and 2 nos. 230 kV LiLo lines. Madhukar successfully completed this project, and they continued working at Tata Projects until April 2018.

Currently, Madhukar is the Chief Manager at Sterlite Power, starting their role in April 2018. Sistla is responsible for driving and enabling the organization's central functions and initiatives, utilizing their skills in Project Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Central Corporate Strategy, and Transmission Line Statutory Liaison.

From 2022 to 2024, Madhukar attended IMT CDL Ghaziabad and completed an Executive MBA degree in Operations Management and Supervision.

In 2018, Madhukar obtained a degree in IPMA-D (Project Management) from IPMA - D.

Between 2005 and 2010, Madhukar studied at Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical Engineering Technologies.

In addition to their formal education, Madhukar has obtained several certifications. In January 2022, they received the ISO 14001:2018 & 14001:2015 Internal Auditor certification from TUV NORD India. In December 2021, they became a Certified Lean Management professional at the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam.

Madhukar has also obtained various other certifications and completed training courses on topics such as business development, communication, negotiation, business ethics, executive presence, conflict management, presentations, project management, and CATIA V5 - Electrical Wire Harness Assembly Design.
