Chief Manager at Sterlite Power

Sistla Madhukar began their work experience as a Graduate Trainee at Gammon India Ltd in June 2010 and worked there until February 2011. Sistla then served as a GTE/Asst. Engineer from February 2011 to May 2012, followed by an Engineer role from May 2012 to June 2013. Madhukar continued to progress in their career and became a Senior Engineer at Gammon India Ltd from June 2013 to December 2014.

In 2014, Madhukar joined Tata Projects as a Deputy Manager. Sistla worked on various projects, including a 400 kV DC Bahir Dar to Woldiya project under Ethiopian Electric Power. This project involved the construction of a 400 kV DC line and 2 nos. 230 kV LiLo lines. Madhukar successfully completed this project, and they continued working at Tata Projects until April 2018.

Currently, Madhukar is the Chief Manager at Sterlite Power, starting their role in April 2018. Sistla is responsible for driving and enabling the organization's central functions and initiatives, utilizing their skills in Project Management, Resource Management, Risk Management, Central Corporate Strategy, and Transmission Line Statutory Liaison.
