Ashwini Bakshi

A veteran in the networking and telecommunication space, Ashwini Bakshi holds the position of Chief Sales Officer at STL. In this role, he is driving deep and innovative customer engagement to unlock technology leadership for the company. Ashwini is passionate about driving non-linear growth and is focused on strengthening STL's core business across portfolios, customer segments, and geographies.

An alumnus of St. Stephen's College and Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta), Ashwini was instrumental in sales, strategic growth, and capability building at Nokia, Ericsson, and Kathrein Mobile. Over the last 25 years, he has spearheaded P&L management to the tune of billions of dollars at Nokia/Nokia Siemens, apart from playing a key role in doubling orders and revenue of Ericsson's O&M (operations and maintenance) segment.
