Louis is currently the CEO and Founder of 55W International, Inc., a Virginia-based management consulting firm specializing in Medtech, Biotech, Diagnostics, and IT sectors. In this role, they assist companies in developing marketing strategies and enhancing their Go-to-Market approach.
Louis also serves as an Executive Board Member-Volunteer at Montero Medical Missions, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Cancer Center Ltd., where they were responsible for driving the growth of the company.
In 2016, Louis held the position of Director of Digital Transformation- US at Stermedia, a Polish software applications development company. Louis played a vital role in planning and managing marketing and sales development strategies to capture the US market.
From 2009 to 2011, Louis was the President of 55Warriors International, a specialized consulting firm focused on life sciences, medical diagnostics, and IT. During their tenure, they developed marketing and branding strategies, conducted coaching and training for CEOs, and led market research and segment strategies.
Louis also has experience as the Director of Global Marketing at remoteMX Ltd., where they managed marketing, sales, and communications for a specialized IT company. Louis advised executive management on user experience and branding.
In 1999, Louis served as the Vice President at INET Communications, LLC, overseeing the design, development, and installation of computer networks for clinical and medical applications.
Louis founded CSC Integrated Systems, Inc. in 1992 and served as the CEO. The company focused on helping medical clinics and hospitals transition to PC-based medical and clinical systems.
Louis's career began in 1986 when they served in the United States Department of Defense as a Propulsion Electronics Engineer, actively contributing to Cold War and Gulf War efforts.
Louis Costa attended Old Dominion University from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Later on, in 2004 to 2005, they pursued an executive Master of Business Administration (eMBA) at the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku, focusing on Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
